RB-100N Review
Here's a quick review of my recent
acquisition, the Nagoya RB-100N NMO L-Bracket mount. I
was looking for a simple NMO mount for the side of a
utility trailer and this was perfect.
Mounting the antenna to a metal structure at the
roof line served as a counterpoise eliminating the
need for radials.

Mounting
There's really nothing complex about this bracket. Drill 3 pilot screws
and you're ready to go. The NMO mount is stainless
and brass, and comes with a plastic rain cap. It
comes with 20' of RG58A/U which was more than
sufficient for my use.
I can also see this bracket being used for
motorcycle and marine installations as well.
Performance
For reference, I used a 39"
Nagoya TB-320A
tri-band. The bulk of the
antenna is above the roof line.
In Summary
It's a simple but sturdy NMO mount that gets the jobs done.
